Customers who pre-ordered the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, or the Apple Watch Series 5 are reporting that their orders have begun shipping from Apple ahead of the launch date of the devices later this week.

All three products are slated to launch on September 20th. Apple has not updated the order status with the tracking information but customers can use their order number or phone number to track the status through UPS. Apple had updated the order status over the weekend to ‘Preparing to Ship.’

Apple is shipping the new devices from China so you are not going to get it before Friday. The devices will be transported almost halfway across the world to reach the United States where they will be sorted and processed before being dispatched to their final location.

There seems to be high demand for the iPhone 11 Pro in Midnight Green along with certain colors of the iPhone 11. The Midnight Green iPhone 11 Pro was the first one whose availability slipped by a few weeks soon after the pre-orders started. Nonetheless, if Apple has promised a launch-day delivery of your iPhone, you are going to get it on the launch day irrespective of whether your order status has changed or not.
