The Pangu jailbreak released for iOS 9.2 – iOS 9.3.3 is semi-untethered which means that you’ll have to run the jailbreak app on your device every time it is rebooted. The tweaks that you’ve installed will still remain but won’t function until you’ve jailbroken your device again. This is the primary difference of a semi-untethered jailbreak from a tethered one.

It’s important to note that re-jailbreak is not required in the case of a respring. It’s only needed when your device reboots.

Re-jailbreak can be done using the PP Jailbreak app installed on your device. To find out how, follow the step-by-step guide outlined below.

Re-Jailbreak iOS 9.2 – iOS 9.3.3 with Pangu After a Reboot

Step 1: Launch the PP Jailbreak app from your Home screen.

Step 2: If you see a prompt to allow notifications from the app, press the Ok button.

Step 3: Tap on the circle button in the center of the screen and then lock your device.

Step 4: After a while, you’ll receive a notification from PP along with a “Storage Almost Full” message. Ignore the warning and do not unlock your device.

Step 5: Once the process has been completed, your device will respring and you should be able to use Cydia again along with all the tweaks installed.

The process is very simple and easy as everything can be done right from your device without even requiring a PC. Although it’s not as convenient as an untethered jailbreak, it’s more simpler than a tethered one.
